  • What is the difference between resurfacing and sealcoating?

    Sealcoating is adding a protective and aesthetically pleasing layer to the top of an existing driveway. Resurfacing is replacing the top damaged layer with a new one. To learn more, reach out to our crew of paving contractors.

  • How long should I wait until I use my new driveway?

    Based on our experience, newly paved asphalt can be driven on in three days. When you hire an asphalt contractor from Hot Mix Paving for sealcoating, you can park on it in 34 hours. After most commercial jobs, you can drive over it the next day.

  • What's the best time of year to pave a driveway?
